Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Twente. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality assurance in our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain a quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide expertise on quality systems and standards to ensure effective implementation and maintenance.
- Assist personnel in applying quality systems and standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Plan, execute, and close assigned projects to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
- Plan and execute day-to-day tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and quality output.
- Transfer expertise on quality systems and standards to respective functions to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Good Microsoft Office skills to effectively manage and analyze data.
- Advanced level English language skills (speaking and writing) to effectively communicate with international team members.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
- Living within an hour's driving distance from our office in Twente.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
- Experience in quality management system standards.
- High level of expertise in an industrial or service environment, operating on an international level.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in quality management system.
