We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Barcelona, Spain. As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will play a key role in helping clients launch their first Google Ads campaigns and develop effective PPC strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop effective PPC campaigns.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to enhance ad performance.
  • Drive upselling and sustainable ad spending.
  • Engage with a high volume of clients daily through phone consultations.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and proficient in English.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent; a Masters in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
  • Strong communication skills for phone pitching and proposal writing.
  • Excellent time management and analytical skills.
  • In possession of a EU member state passport or a Residence Permit for Spain.
What We Offer:
  • Relocation assistance for a smooth start in Barcelona.
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday (39h/week).
  • Salary: EUR 23,876 + up to EUR 3,408 in bonuses.
