Key Responsibilities
As a senior consultant/project manager, your role will involve formulating and executing the most suitable transformation strategy to align with business needs. You will be adept at establishing a project/program and guiding it towards successful outcomes. This will be achieved through:
- Assessing the current and desired future states.
- Influencing and guiding the decision-making process in close collaboration with the program manager.
- Providing visibility into the progress of your initiatives.
- Serving as a role model for your colleagues.
In addition to your primary responsibilities, Synechron provides opportunities for you to cultivate your entrepreneurial skills by developing a specific knowledge domain and/or market development stream, potentially leading to a commercial offering. You can leverage Synechron's extensive capabilities in Consulting, Digital, Cloud, Data, Systems Integration, and Engineering.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience as a consultant or project manager within a consulting firm or as an internal consultant in the financial services sector.
- A Master's degree.
- A strong passion for the financial industry.
- Proficiency in project management and change methodologies such as Prince II, MSP, (scaling) Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience in initiating and leading projects.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Dutch.
