Position: Tender Specialist focused on European regional tenders Salary Range: € 4.000– € 5.500 gross monthly (based on experience)
Are you skilled in grasping and articulating complex technical concepts? Do you aspire to contribute to leading projects in the heavy lift sector?
Our tender specialists are integral in crafting and showcasing Mammoet's solutions with utmost effectiveness. Collaborating closely with our sales and project teams, you will ensure that tender submissions are thorough, precise, and align with the overarching project vision.
The ideal candidate will support our operations by providing a comprehensive range of technical knowledge related to project estimation, operational processes, customer value assessments, risk evaluations, and contract management. You will also engage in negotiations and address technical issues to deliver quotations that meet our internal benchmarks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist sales teams in producing high-quality tender documentation; Ensure tenders align with client expectations; Provide extensive technical expertise in project estimation and operational functions; Enhance customer value; Improve Mammoet's tender submissions through risk and opportunity assessments; Address technical inquiries and lead responses effectively. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong technical interest and aptitude. 0-5 years of relevant professional experience; Proficient in English, both written and verbal; Familiarity with MS Office applications; Bachelor's degree in a technical or logistics field. BENEFITS
