As a PCB Layout Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of electronic systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating schematics and documentation entries.
- Selecting essential components, including FPGAs.
- Producing PCB layouts.
- Performing simulations to ensure signal integrity.
- Managing components effectively.
- Testing and troubleshooting circuit boards.
- Designing for testability (DFT).
- Implementing and validating high-speed communication links.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in PCB/PCA design (Mentor Graphics Designer and Layout).
- Strong knowledge of digital and/or analog electronics.
- Familiarity with board manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in using oscilloscopes (LeCroy and Tektronix), multimeters, and isolation measurement tools.
- Solid understanding of electronics, including sensor conditioning, amplifier circuits, signal processing, analog, digital, and power electronics, firmware, high voltage electronics, and EMI/EMC.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- A collaborative team player with strong analytical, pragmatic, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive with outstanding communication skills in English.
