About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our dynamic Finance team at Prodrive Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and improving our monthly board report, providing key steering information to our Management and Supervisory board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take the lead in preparing and improving the monthly board report, providing key steering information to our Management and Supervisory board
  • Engage and interact with the leadership team, controllers and Management board to understand the story behind the figures, to provide context and narrative to the monthly board report
  • Coordinate the preparation of Prodrive's IFRS annual report and statutory filings, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and ensure the accuracy of financial statements
  • Provide insights into financial performance, trends, and forecasts, contributing to informed decision-making by stakeholders
  • Play a key role in contributing to our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting initiatives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations, incorporating relevant metrics into our reporting framework
  • Implement report automation techniques to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting mechanisms to measure and communicate these indicators effectively

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3 to 7 years of relevant working experience, either as auditor (RA/AA), reporting specialist or financial controller
  • Knowledge of IFRS and experience in preparing external financial reports
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including data modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent English communication and collaboration abilities
