Cyber Resiliency Strategist

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Resiliency Strategist to join our team at the Ministry of Defence. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality strategies for the cyber resiliency of the Ministry of Defence.

The Role

As a Cyber Resiliency Strategist, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate cyber risks. You will be responsible for creating strategies that align with the goals and strategic plans of the Ministry of Defence, and for representing Kyndryl to the customer. You will also be responsible for advising on complex technical solutions to all stakeholders, including those who have no knowledge of the subject.

The Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in strategic relationship management;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 4 years as a Security Consultant;
• Good knowledge of cyber risks within large organizations;
• An excellently developed nose for the various business and political interests that can play a role in the organization;
• The ability to advise on complex technical solutions to all stakeholders, including those who have no knowledge of the subject;
• You inspire, convince and motivate the customer and the team members to get the best out of themselves;
• Recognized industry associations such as ISC2 or ISACA have certified you;
• You are aware of security standards and protocols such as ISO 27011 and.
