IT Site Manager (M/F/D)Strengthen our IT team at our production site in Gronau (Westphalia) as a key player in the implementation of our digital transformation strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain a robust and secure IT infrastructure to support our business operations.
- Provide expert advice and support to specialist departments on all IT-related matters, ensuring seamless integration with our business processes.
- Lead the introduction and operation of Industry 4.0 environments, driving innovation and efficiency across our organization.
- Collaborate with German, global, and external technical teams to ensure alignment and effective knowledge sharing.
- Operate and support telephony and fax systems, as well as conference room equipment, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers to ensure high-quality services and optimal cost management.
- Act as the local contact person for project and service requests, managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
- Purchase hardware and software, selecting providers that meet our quality and cost standards.
- Manage assets, licenses, and contracts, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization.
- Monitor and optimize local security settings, protecting our organization from cyber threats.
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a degree with an IT focus.
- Several years of professional experience in client and system administration, with expertise in Windows operating systems, Microsoft client/server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Sound knowledge and experience in the production environment, with a strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Experience in implementing IT projects, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Business fluent in written and spoken German, with a strong command of English (at least language level B2/C1 CEFR).
- Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style, paired with a high sense of responsibility.
- Absolute team player with a strong service orientation, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to make occasional business trips (max. 10%).
