Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to join our team at BearingPoint Netherlands. As a key member of our Technology practice, you will be responsible for guiding leading organizations in shaping their digital futures.

About the Role

  • Develop comprehensive digital and technology strategies that drive business value and growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their most pressing challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Lead large-scale digital transformations, including IT opportunity assessments, investment portfolio management, and change management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Design and implement new business models, digital catalogs, and IT capabilities.
  • Conduct data-driven business cases and cost-benefit analyses to optimize service delivery and operational agility.
  • Provide expert advice on IT sourcing strategies, including cloud computing and outsourcing.

Your Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in technology strategy, preferably in a consulting firm or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformations and IT projects.
  • Strong consulting skills, including financial acumen, analytical thinking, and excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with innovation methods, such as design thinking and human-centered design.
  • A Master's Degree in a related field and a strong affinity with IT and business.
  • A solid network and ambition with a commercial insight and entrepreneurial spirit.
