Marketing Communications Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing communications strategy, aligning with our business objectives and corporate guidelines.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Lead the divisional marketing communications team, defining processes, tools, and standards to drive business growth.
  • Manage the annual marketing communications budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with business development and sales teams on market research, analysis, and marketing program development.
  • Work closely with divisional management, business units, product management, and other business areas to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support HR in employer branding and engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing communications, with a strong understanding of modern marketing concepts, strategies, and activities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing automation, analytics, and design principles.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with knowledge of other languages an advantage.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well in matrix teams and across cultures.
  • Proactive, result-oriented approach, with a design and creativity mindset.

Education:

Minimum: Degree in marketing, communications, or related studies. Good to have: MBA, postgraduate courses in marketing and communications, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the industrial plant or large project business, with leadership experience in marketing teams in a multinational environment.

Industry sector-specific knowledge in Animal Feed, Pet and Aqua Feed, Biofuel, or comparable product lines is preferred.
