Job Summary:
The Administrative Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing office operations, and providing support to employees and management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls and mail.
- Maintain office records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Oversee location maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Support HR and finance functions, such as payroll processing, expense tracking, and employee onboarding.
- Implement and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency and organization.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
