About the Role:
The Capital Equipment and Customer Care Product Owner will be responsible for driving the deployment of data analytics and reporting solutions for capital equipment and customer care globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a product vision that meets operational and non-operational needs.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to create solutions that meet business process needs and customer requirements.
- Organize priorities, remove blockers, and network with stakeholders to market solutions within the organization.
- Identify strategic opportunities to improve business operations through data and partnerships with other teams.
- Influence process owners to adopt standard solutions that support business operations.
- Partner with other product teams to leverage expertise and solutions.
Requirements:
- A technical degree or equivalent working experience.
- Experience leading/managing teams directly or in a matrix format (at least 2 years).
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience in SAP and its processes a plus.
