We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at EDCO. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing our business processes from an IT perspective.
Main Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Define concrete suggestions for process optimizations while working closely with business stakeholders.
- Process Control: Create process overviews and define any risks and issues for these processes.
- Analyse Business Processes: Analyse business processes, data, and KPIs to identify possible needs for change and optimizations.
- IT Needs: Identify and document IT needs within the company. Prepare and refine user stories for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Documentation: Set up and maintain documentation for all systems and services within our application landscape.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to oversee a large application landscape.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
- 3+ years' experience working in a complex and medium to large organisation as a Business Analyst.
- Skilled in comprehending complex application landscapes.
- Experience with UML, setting up use cases, user stories, and story maps.
- Solid knowledge of working in an Agile way.
- Confluence and Jira are preferred tools or the ability to convince us to use something else.
- Dutch language on C1 level is a must.
- Certificate for IREB, BPMN, or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience within IT transformation projects is a plus.
