Be the Face of Our The Hague Location

As a Community Host at The Social Hub, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. Your mission is to provide exceptional service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a warm and personalized welcome to all guests
  • Assist with self-check-in and provide support with any queries or concerns
  • Prepare and serve a variety of local dishes in our restaurant and bars
  • Brew coffee and mix signature cocktails with flair
  • Act as a secret concierge, providing insider knowledge on the best places to visit, eat, shop, or party
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests
  • Support guests with any requests or demands regarding our facilities

What We're Looking For
  • A flexible, hands-on, and motivated individual with a positive approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A background in hospitality, preferably in a hotel environment
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, with additional languages a plus
  • A hard worker with a responsible and proactive attitude
