Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at M&G Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to identify and address equipment failures and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize maintenance workflows.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, reports, and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of maintenance personnel.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role, preferably in a manufacturing or process industry setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, supervisors, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software, such as SAP or CMMS.
