We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect with expertise in Azure to join our team at Next-Link in Amsterdam. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work on exciting projects and contribute to the company's growth.

The estimated salary for this position is €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based systems on the Azure platform. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will work closely with our cross-functional team to drive innovation, self-development, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Azure-based cloud solutions that meet scalability, security, and efficiency requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to drive innovation, self-development, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and YAML.
  • Implement and maintain Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
  • Ensure compliance with security processes and governance.
  • Participate in incident response handling and processing.
  • Eliminate technical debt and implement risk mitigation processes.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and education to teams and engineers to promote autonomy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B ICT) with at least 5+ years of experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Azure development.
  • 2+ Azure certifications (Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Azure Security Technologies).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Bash, PowerShell).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps practices, Git, and YAML pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • English proficiency in speech and writing.
