We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our team at Pink Elephant. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' IT environments.
Key Responsibilities- Guarantee the infrastructural continuity of our customers;
- Identify problems and bottlenecks, and advise customers on innovation and structural solutions;
- Write proposals for infrastructural changes;
- Manage customer expectations through correct and timely communication;
- Ensure up-to-date customer management documentation.
As a Senior System Engineer, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing and optimizing IT environments for our customers;
- Investigating and resolving technical issues;
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless IT operations;
- Communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Show at least an MBO-4 ICT diploma;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language;
- Several years of experience in IT in the area of managing servers;
- Demonstrate knowledge of Enterprise Windows Server environments, Desktop Publication and Application Virtualization (Citrix, RES Workspace Manager, App-V), Netscaler and/or SCCM and/or Security Management, Office 365 and Azure;
- Know the principles of ITIL.
