Key Responsibilities:

The Compliance Officer will define, plan, communicate, and execute activities according to the Uptime roadmap and strategic targets aligned to the Boels NXT Strategy and objectives.

As a Compliance Officer, you will advise the organization on the importance of complying with applicable processes and guidelines. You will monitor regulations regarding Uptime, employee behavior, and perform compliance checks and risk analyses.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Optimizing, improving, and safeguarding processes, procedures, guidelines, and governance within Fleet Uptime.
  • Coaching and supporting local process owners in the implementation of change.
  • Acting as a project manager, advisor, and subject matter expert in projects.
  • Defining risks and establishing and planning mitigations.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Uptime, and there is a possibility to work hybrid.
