Key Responsibilities:

Your role will involve providing vital support to our internal teams regarding customs matters. You will be responsible for ensuring that all customs documentation and certificates for export and import shipments are accurate and submitted on time, with a strong emphasis on compliance. Daily interactions with customs authorities, shipping partners, carriers, and clients will be a significant part of your responsibilities. To uphold our quality standards, you will:

  • Conduct thorough pre- and post-clearance reviews of customs documents;
  • Perform various quality and compliance evaluations;
  • Provide proactive advice to colleagues on customs regulations;
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and customs officials.
