Safety Manager Rail

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager Rail to join our team at Sweco. As a Safety Manager Rail, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our rail infrastructure and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement safety strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards to develop effective mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure safety is integrated into all aspects of project planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain safety documentation, including safety cases and hazard logs.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on safety procedures and protocols.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the rail industry, preferably in a safety management role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety strategies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including EN and EN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
