We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Philips. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Philips' Business Systems.
- Lead process validation efforts across all Philips sites, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with functional peers and upper management to drive quality improvements and resolve manufacturing and operational issues.
- Oversee quality assurance in manufacturing processes, including compliance to regulatory requirements and procedures for regulated products/businesses.
- Identify and address technical gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles, theories, and concepts, including CQE body of knowledge.
- Proven experience in large and complex quality continuous improvement programs and projects, with demonstrated success and impact on quality KPIs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence change and challenge status quo.
- Working knowledge of global medical device regulations, requirements, and standards.
- Ability to travel approximately 15-25% of the time to Europe, India, and China.
