Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Perfume Artisan to join our team. As a Perfume Artisan, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing in-depth product knowledge, and creating personalized experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inspiring and authentic customer service in a luxurious environment
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fragrance portfolio
• Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging and personalized experiences for clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience in the beauty sector
• Passion for niche fragrance, art, design, and craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly during store hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of languages: Dutch and English
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is a plus
