Housekeeping Inspector

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Inspector at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our hotel's high standards of cleanliness and sustainability are met. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact on our guests' experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned to the hotel's standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping personnel to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of work areas and equipment.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of housekeeping equipment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests and employees.
• Assist the Team Leader/Housekeeping Manager in maintaining a smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department.

Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping is highly valued.
• Good English language skills are essential, with Dutch language skills being a plus.
• Reliability and responsibility are key qualities we look for in our team members.
