Job Title: Research Assistant I/II
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team at the Centre for Safe Medication Practice and Research, Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research works, including data analysis and interpretation, under the supervision of senior researchers.
- Assist in the implementation of research projects, including data collection, management, and analysis.
- Prepare and manage submission to funding agencies and IRBs.
- Support administrative duties related to research projects, including budgeting, reporting, and knowledge exchange.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related healthcare discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in research or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement statistical analysis of epidemiological data.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with attention to details.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
What We Offer:
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis or a 2-year fixed-term basis.
