Job Title: Houseman

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Houseman to join our team at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West. As a Houseman, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's housekeeping department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling guest requests and internal housekeeping requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Refilling housekeeping storerooms and pantries to ensure a seamless service.
  • Responsible for the distribution of linen and ensuring that all rooms are equipped with the necessary supplies.
  • Assisting in cleaning public areas and back of house spaces as needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility in availability and a willingness to work a varied schedule.
  • Good verbal skills in English and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A valid work permit and BSN registration (if applicable) and health insurance.

Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West is a unique hotel with 476 rooms and 20 meeting rooms, all designed by Karim Rashid. The hotel is part of the VEN complex, which means that the building is shared with Holland Casino, a Wellness and apartments of B-Apart.
