About the Role

We are seeking a talented Hardware Engineer to join our multidisciplinary project team at KROHNE's Electronics Division. As a key member of our Embedded Systems team, you will be responsible for the specification, design, simulation, and testing of converter electronics for our flowmeters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electronic hardware components and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Create schematic diagrams and PCB layouts using CAD tools.
  • Conduct simulations and analyses to ensure product performance and reliability.
  • Prototype and test hardware designs to validate functionality.
  • Work with manufacturing partners to transition designs into production.
  • Maintain documentation and version control throughout the development process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hardware design, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad.
  • Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC/EMI compliance.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
  • Familiarity with microcontrollers, FPGAs, and embedded systems.
  • Experience with product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Dutch communication.
