We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our team at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious breakfast dishes to our guests.

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, using fresh and local ingredients.
• Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
• Develop and implement new breakfast ideas and menus to enhance our guests' experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests feel welcome and valued.

• Hold a chef training degree or have at least 1 year of work experience in a kitchen.
• Be energetic and cheerful, with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Be proactive, a born team player, and flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Have knowledge of HACCP and be familiar with kitchen safety protocols.
