Position Overview:
We are seeking a committed Trial Manager/Study Director to oversee research projects from initiation to completion. This role encompasses study design, planning, result evaluation, and client communication regarding potential challenges and solutions. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to discuss findings and navigate any obstacles encountered during studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing studies and ensuring scientific quality throughout the process;
- Conducting quality assessments of ongoing studies;
- Providing expert advice to clients on optimal study designs and testing methodologies, fostering trust-based relationships with returning clients;
Qualifications:
- Advanced academic degree (MSc or higher) in Neuroscience or a related Life Science;
- Comprehensive understanding of neuroscience at both cellular and systems levels;
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
- Proactive and results-driven with excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Positive attitude and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Laboratory Animal Science (Article 9);
- Experience in the industry.
