Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team at NN Group. As a key member of our Brand Marketing unit, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective internal brand marketing strategies and communications across our national and international business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal marketing campaigns that align with our brand strategy and promise
  • Collaborate with creative partners to design and execute internal marketing initiatives
  • Provide expert advice on internal marketing needs and trends across our business units
  • Manage and maintain our internal brand marketing communications platforms
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform internal brand marketing decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in internal marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Dutch and business English
