About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & Reliability Engineer Electrical to join our team at LyondellBasell. As a key member of our maintenance organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our manufacturing department and ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our E&I equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to the manufacturing department and maintenance organization to optimize equipment performance and safety.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
- Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with operators, project engineers, and equipment vendors to ensure effective equipment installation and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain spare part management systems to ensure critical equipment availability.
- Initiate and manage maintenance-related procedures and working instructions to ensure safety and operational excellence.
- Participate in CAPEX projects and provide input to turn-around scope.
About You
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in electrical maintenance and reliability. You should have a technical bachelor's degree in the E&I discipline and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the petrochemical industry. You should also have experience with high/low voltage installations, security systems, and ATEX zones.
