Business Risk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Risk Analyst to join our team at ABN AMRO. As a Business Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in helping us develop and implement new technologies to manage financial risk. You will work closely with our Risk Management community to ensure that our day-to-day processes continue to run smoothly, while also helping us to explore new areas of financial restructuring and recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Uncover and define business requirements from our stakeholder group and various regulations.
- Develop a vision that integrates these requirements and translate it into concrete implementation plans that align with ABN AMRO's longer-term vision.
- Ensure that implementation plans are well-received by the teams that will be implementing them and act as an integrator to ensure that the implementation is brought live.
- Test the application for changes done by our IT colleagues.
You will work in an agile DevOps environment as part of a multidisciplinary team, known as a block, which includes business and IT professionals within the Financial Risk grid. The Financial Risk grid is responsible for RWA calculations and IFRS9 provisions, including model implementations, stress testing, and scenario analysis, Financial Recovery & Resolution, and Enterprise Risk reporting.
Requirements- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with credit portfolio data and processes.
- Experience in data modelling.
- An analytical mindset and ability to combine various methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to keep stakeholders involved throughout the process.
- Results-oriented and able to keep order in a complex environment.
- Thorough knowledge of and experience in financial risk management.
- A gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- A benefit budget of 11% of your salary.
- Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- A personal development budget of €1,000 per year, which can be accumulated up to €3,000.
