Job Title: Business Consultant IT Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant IT Specialist to join our team at Port of Rotterdam. As a key member of our Digital & Information Technology department, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing digital products and services that support our organization's digital strategy.

About the Role

As a Business Consultant IT Specialist, you will be responsible for working closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and improvement. You will work on various projects, including digital transformation initiatives, IT strategy development, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead and participate in project teams to deliver IT projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT strategies and solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to business stakeholders on IT-related matters
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT consultancy, preferably in a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering IT projects and initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
