We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operator to join our team at Attero's Plastic Sorteer Plant (PSP) in Wijster. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sorting process and contributing to our mission of creating a world where waste is seen as a valuable resource for a circular economy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control the sorting process to ensure optimal performance and quality
  • Operate and maintain the robot-machine on the PSP afdeling
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • MBO-3 diploma or equivalent
  • VCA-certificaat (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of €2700 bruto per maand excl. ploegentoeslag
