Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Manufacturing Process Optimization Engineer. This role involves a deep dive into the intricacies of production systems and methodologies to ensure peak operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analyses of challenges associated with products, processes, or manufacturing tools.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions, including modifications to production and inspection techniques.
  • Explore and execute potential enhancements in processes, components, and operational methods to boost quality and productivity.
  • Stabilize, manage, and refine processes utilizing Lean methodologies, 8D problem-solving techniques, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and advanced data analytics.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical fields such as mechanical engineering, electronics, industrial automation, mechatronics, or industrial engineering, with a strong passion for technology.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality processes and their optimization within a manufacturing context.
  • Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience in applying lean manufacturing principles, quality management systems, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and project management practices.
