We're seeking a highly motivated QA Program Lead PoC to join our Cell & Gene Therapy organization in Leiden, NL. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a crucial role in setting up, promoting, and maintaining our QA model in our dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Materials Management: Collaborate with business partners to establish and manage initial material qualification, specification review, recalls, and change management.
- Vendor Management: Oversee risk-based vendor management activities for materials and equipment vendors, maintaining constructive relationships and assessing risks.
- Equipment Management: Manage qualification support and release relevant equipment for production, building and maintaining relationships with critical equipment suppliers.
- Point-of-Care Operations QA Support: Take an active role in supporting the front-line-support team in continuous batch support and driving cross-functional meetings for timely batch release.
