About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Karaoke Manager at Tokyo by Night. As a Karaoke Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the karaoke team, ensuring a high level of service and hospitality, and maintaining a clean and organized working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team always offers a high level of service and hospitality.
- Make the weekly schedules for the karaoke team.
- Order necessary supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Take initiative to make work as enjoyable and efficient as possible.
- Hire new hosts.
- Ensure everybody's up-to-date & up-to-speed.
- Be responsible for the progress of each and every team member (onboarding, training, evaluation meetings, etc).

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for hospitality and service, experience in management, and strong communication skills. You should also be a problem solver, a quick thinker, and a real team player. Additionally, you should be able to thrive under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- 1 year of management experience (required)
- 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry (required)

Working Schedule

- Full-time
- Evening work
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
