Financial Planning and Analysis Manager in Credit Finance

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager in Credit Finance will partner with regional credit leads, commercial teams, business finance, treasury, structured trade finance, business development, and corporate service functions to support and execute the short, medium, and long-term strategic direction of the Global Credit and Collections Organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage financial plans and analysis to support business growth, including calculation of open A/R risk, cost of mitigating credit risk, and developing risk maps based on predefined criteria.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business unit and regional performance.
- Provide analytical support for credit and collections information, including data analysis, drawing conclusions, and summarizing insights for credit and business leaders.
- Collaborate with credit and business leadership to formulate and analyze business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plans.
- Deliver market and risk analysis, market trends, and associated commentary to the leadership team.
- Review and improve existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts.
- Graduated in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting; MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years+ experience in finance-related areas.
- Experience in consulting, FP&A, business finance, and credit management is a plus.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn about ADM's and its competitors' businesses.
- Ability to manage multi-tasking and the expectations of various stakeholders.
- Good organizational skills and action orientation.
- Experience in Microsoft Office tools/HFM/WDesk/Power BI is essential. Experience in SAP & GetPaid is preferred.
