About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence Manager to join our team at Danone. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of commercial excellence strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, including distributors and retailers, to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide analytical and technical support to commercial teams to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in commercial excellence and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales, or marketing roles in FMCG and/or OTC industries.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or economics.
