About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team at Nike's European Headquarters in Hilversum. As a key member of our Global Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support the team in executing daily retail operations to ensure a premium shopping experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues, demonstrating reliability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain knowledge of various store departments and perform tasks such as operating the cash register, processing customer orders, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure stock availability and update inventory records as necessary.
  • Select and pack items for shipment, coordinate with shipping carriers, and handle returns and exchanges.

  • A competitive hourly rate of €13-€16 based on experience.
  • A temporary contract for two months, with the possibility of extension.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in a warehouse or retail environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and customer service.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
