- Deployment Coordination – Coordinate and manage the deployment of complex projects, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
- Deliverable Management – Manage the completion of internal and external deliverables, such as drawings and reports, to meet project timelines.
- Subcontractor Oversight – Lead subcontractor activities, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with project schedules.
- Project Support – Provide engineering expertise, technical preparation, and on-site support during deployment phases.
- Risk Management – Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Continuous Improvement – Capture lessons learned and contribute to process enhancements for future projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Offshore Engineering, or Naval Architecture.
- Proven experience in offshore operations, including platform installation, foundation placement, and decommissioning.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a strong commitment to safety and detail.
- Willingness to travel internationally and work offshore as required.
