About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Sustainability Specialist to join our team at NextWave Partners. As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting project-related HSE activities. Your role will involve developing and ensuring the implementation of Project HSE & Sustainability plans according to standards, regulations, legal requirements, and customer needs.
You will provide thorough HSE documentation, ensure successful project deliveries, and conduct thorough HSE risk assessments and implement control measures. You will analyze contract requirements and ensure we have plans in place to implement and fulfill them. Additionally, you will support risk assessments, monitor contractors, report to clients, and serve as our customer and installation contractors' interface regarding HSE topics.
Key responsibilities include monitoring, reporting, and record-keeping of HSE risks, non-conformities, and HSE-related KPIs and statistics. You will also plan and follow up on allocated HSE resources, ensure process compliance, establish and monitor HSE & Sustainability performance, and initiate improvement initiatives.
In this role, your strong communication and team player skills will be essential in daily collaboration within the project team, with customers, and contractors. Your driven and positive mindset will support creating genuine engagement within the teams, ensuring a successful HSE & Sustainability culture and performance, and a satisfied customer.
