Key Responsibilities:- Agile Coaching: Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams to enhance their Agile practices and achieve high performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to align project goals with strategic business objectives in the finance industry.
- Transformation Leadership: Guide teams through Agile transformations by implementing frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among multiple Agile teams to share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices, ensuring alignment and coherence in the overall Agile transformation strategy.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with Agile implementation and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies, ensuring that Agile transitions do not compromise project timelines or quality.
- Higher Education Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Languages: Fluent in English (C1 minimum level) and preferably Dutch.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience as a consultant in client-facing assignments and a minimum of 10 years of experience in project or change management with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects and managing complex portfolios.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the Financial services industry (Retail, Leasing, Insurance, Banking, etc.).
- Agile Methodologies: Knowledge and/or certifications in Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, PMS I, or PMS II).
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and teams at all levels.
- Change Management: In-depth knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and mindset.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Dynamic Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Continuous Learning: Passion for continuous learning.
We offer a competitive salary of €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
