About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Flower Export Employee. This role demands precision and responsibility, and you'll be working in a collaborative and professional environment with opportunities for career advancement. Your main tasks will include packing flowers and order picking, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Packing flowers to ensure they reach their destination in excellent condition
  • Accurately gathering orders based on the order list
  • Ensuring no errors are made, as mistakes can have significant financial consequences
Requirements

Hard Skills:

Ability to work with precision and accuracy

Basic knowledge of the English language (speaking and understanding required)

Soft Skills:

Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality

Proactivity: You take initiative and contribute ideas to improve the process

Team Player: You support colleagues as needed and contribute to a positive working atmosphere Attention to Detail: You ensure no errors are made that could cause damage

Working Conditions
  • Salary: a starting salary of €13.76 per hour, in line with the CAO for Wholesale in Flowers and Plants
