We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dynamic Partnership Associate. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing top-notch administrative support and has a strong desire to work in a fast-paced international environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and dedicated colleague to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our valued partners across Europe and North America. As part of our central team in the Netherlands, you will be responsible for ensuring our partners receive the highest level of assistance and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to successfully accomplish tasks across all countries
• Take care of administrative tasks that are at the heart of our operations and the backbone of our team
• Assist partners with license orders and order placements on Microsoft and Companial platforms
• Provide accurate and timely updates to partners regarding the progress of their support cases
• Play an active role in enhancing processes and embracing new developments to drive continuous improvement

What We Expect From You:

We are looking for a real team player with the ability to work independently when necessary. You should have excellent communication skills in English, and preferably also in Dutch. You must be customer-oriented and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our partners. You should also be eager to start working in a supporting role and enjoy administrative tasks.
