Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Relationship Development Specialist to join our Sports Brand Partnership team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key sports brand relationships, delivering long-term planning and strategy, and acting as a centre of excellence for the commercial team in assigned brands and categories.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Sports Direct brand and its position in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, retailers, and agency partners
- Collaborate with the commercial team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Analyze commercial data to inform business decisions and optimize brand performance
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with key audiences

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a brand partnership or account management role, either from a supplier, retailer, or agency background
- Strong analytical skills - ability to understand commercial data, build KPIs, and make data-led decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- English native or fluent in English
