Job Overview

Nutreco, a leading global provider of innovative solutions in animal nutrition and aquafeed, is seeking a highly skilled professional to manage its Global Supply Chain Young Professional Program (YPP).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the program's development, planning, and execution of activities such as Academy Weeks and Rotations, while driving continuous improvement to enhance its impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent for Nutreco's supply chain pipeline.
  • Mentor and guide Young Professionals within the program, providing guidance on career development and growth opportunities.
  • IDentify areas for program enhancement and implement process improvements to increase its effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the three Academy Weeks and ensure smooth logistics.
  • Work closely with the international mobility team to manage compliance-related activities around the international rotation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and talent management, coaching, or a related role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and practices, with a passion for driving innovation and excellence.
