Tender Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tender Manager to join our team at KWS Zwolle-Leek. As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for leading the tender process from start to finish, ensuring that we deliver high-quality bids that meet our clients' needs.

• Develop and implement tender strategies to secure new contracts
• Lead a team of tender coordinators, planners, and project managers to ensure successful bid submissions
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
• Manage and coordinate the tender process, including bid preparation, submission, and evaluation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Minimum HBO work and thinking level, preferably with a degree in civil engineering or technical business administration
• Experience in the infrastructure sector, specifically in ground, road, and water construction
• At least 3 years of experience in a tender team, with a good understanding of various contract forms (UAV/RAW, UAVgc, Bouwteams, etc.)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Fluent Dutch language skills, with English as a plus
