Jouw Rol

Als Customer Support Specialist ben jij de expert die klanten helpt met hun vragen over het iQOS-apparaat en de bijbehorende website. Je biedt ondersteuning via telefoon en e-mail, waarbij je niet alleen helpt met het gebruik en onderhoud van het apparaat, maar ook met technische problemen en het oplossen van eventuele uitdagingen die klanten ervaren.
