We are seeking a talented Software Platform Engineer to join our team at Working Spirit.
About the RoleAs a Software Platform Engineer, you will work in multidisciplinary Agile teams to develop and test the infrastructure software platform(s) for combat management systems, radar systems, and optical sensor systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and test infrastructure software platforms using Agile methodologies and Cloud-native/DevOps methodologies.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and integrate software components.
- Collaborate with colleagues to specify, develop, and test IT/OT infrastructure components.
- Stay up-to-date with modern technologies and methodologies, and investigate and implement new ways of working and/or technologies.
- Experience with Linux, network technologies, and software development (Python, Bash, C, C++, Java).
- Experience with Git based source control systems, CI/CD tooling, infrastructure as code tools (preferably Ansible), and container technology.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira.
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, IT service management, or comparable.
- Fluency in English to communicate with technical and management stakeholders.
