Drive Business Growth with Strategic Merchandise Planning

PVH is a leading global apparel company, and we're seeking a highly skilled VP Merchandise Planning and Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our long-term strategic growth plan, ensuring a shared vision across all business units and improving our planning capabilities.

The Role

  • Develop and implement strategic range planning capabilities to deliver on KPIs and support labels growth strategies.
  • Lead product lifecycle management with a focus on demand planning, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate, prioritize, and execute long-term product priorities and strategic brand initiatives.
  • Streamline and improve processes and milestones, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in leading Merchandise Planning and Allocation organizations, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the field of MPA.
  • 4-year college degree, with an MBA a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving results through innovative solutions.
  • Ability to balance quantitative and qualitative information when recommending strategies and tactics.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, with an affinity for driving new ways of working.
  • Experience leading large teams and managing direct reports, with a record of developing talent and promoting from within.
